The best way to reach me is by phone at (434) 989-8364.  My email address is jeanne@tyrmassage.com; however, on busy days I often do not have time to check email between clients.  If my schedule is particularly full that day, I might not get back to you until the next day.  I am usually able to check phone messages between clients. 

If you like, I can email my intake form and policy statement to you before your first session so we have less paperwork to do when you arrive.  That way, when we meet, all you need to do is enjoy your massage.
