Heart Touch: In February, 2008, the first class of Heart First/Heart Touch facilitators was held, and I was one of the 8 original trainees. Flo Aeveia Magdalena, founder of Soul Support Systems, has been refining this work for some time and now is teaching others to offer the same. During a clothed, seated session, I feel where your body is out of balance, and invite you to bring into your awareness what is standing between you and your complete self-authority. While Heart First work can be incorporated into a massage session, it was primarily developed as a stand-alone technique. It assisted me to shift my own understandings of events in my life so I am no longer operating under old, outdated misconceptions. Sessions are available for one person in my office, or for groups in Charlottesville, Nelson, or Albemarle Counties.

Angel Light Healing Activation: I was activated into Angel Light Healing by the LaHo-Chi Institute in August, 2006. I have used Angel Light Healing on many occasions, in and out of sessions and the results have been noticeable, even when running the energy with animals. (If anyone is aware of research proving the placebo effect in cats and dogs, kindly inform me of it.) The LaHo-Chi Instutute encourages students to activate others into Angel Light Healing, which is a gift from Spirit to be given freely. At least two people are required for the activation, which can be held in my office for small groups, or at a location of your choosing in Charlottesville or in Albemarle or Nelson Counties.

Swimming with Wild Dolphins! Having recently been blessed with the privilege of going to Bimini with Soul Support Systems for a trip with Joe from Planetary Partners, I'd like to share a bit of the experience. A nearly five-minute video shot by Joe is available here. Words can't come close to expressing what it was like to be in the water with these playful, generous souls zipping around us. If there is a message from them, my mate expresses it as "why aren't YOU in bliss?" Enjoy!
